Neal Jacobs has a background in the real estate profession that spans nearly 30 years.
Located in San Diego, California, he has had his own practice for over 23 years.
His practice covers the appraisal of real estate, machinery & equipment and small businesses.
In addition to an extensive career in appraising, Neal also has expertise in business brokerage and real estate sales. Over the years, his practice has been involved with a wide variety of commercial properties as well as large and small apartment complexes and multi-million dollar estates.
Neal’s understanding of the complexities of real estate is further enhanced by his company’s purchase of raw land and developing it for residential use.
As a bit of a tech junky, his office always has the latest available hardware and software. His smart phone, Neal’s latest gadget, enables him to constantly monitor his email and to respond immediately. This enthusiasm for the most up-to-date office equipment has always given him an edge in providing his client with service that exceeds their expectations. His mantra has always been to respond to voice mail (and now email as well) in a half hour or less.
Appraising and real estate are part of the “service” industry and as such, Neal Jacobs, understands full well just what “service” means.
